| Payment terms: | 100% of the contract price, completed works – no later than 20 calendar days, but not earlier than 15 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of Goods, subject to the provision to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 6.5 of the Contract and the signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of completed works. |
