no more than 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty and which, under the terms of the agreement, are the basis for making payment for obligations performed by the counterparty and accepted by the customer (act of delivery and acceptance of services rendered/universal transfer document);
- no more than 15 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the counterparty at a contract price of up to 5 million rubles (inclusive);
- no more than 7 working days from the date of signing by the Buyer of the document on acceptance of the Goods under the contract (a separate stage of the contract) with the SME entity. Advance payment is not provided.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
