| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods is carried out at the price valid at the gas station at the time of the actual delivery of the Goods, but not exceeding the price per unit of Goods specified in the Specification (Appendix No. 1 to the Contract).
The price of Goods, depending on THAT, can be with VAT or without VAT, as indicated in the List of THAT.
Payment for the Goods is made from the Buyer's account, using the Cards issued to the Buyer. Replenishment of the account is carried out by the BUYER by prepayment based on the invoices issued by the SUPPLIER. At the same time, when making payments, the BUYER indicates in the payment orders the number of the Contract under which the payment is made. Payment under this Agreement is made by the BUYER personally. Payment from third parties under this Agreement is not accepted by the SUPPLIER.
The BUYER's obligation to pay is considered fulfilled from the moment the funds are credited to the SUPPLIER's settlement account. The SUPPLIER distributes the funds received from the BUYER in the Processing System on the next business day from the moment the funds are credited to the SUPPLIER's settlement account. |
