| Payment terms: | Payment for the vehicle under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the vehicle within 7 (seven) working days after the documents are provided to the Buyer (extracts from the automated system of electronic passports of vehicles (electronic chassis passports) and electronic passports of self-propelled vehicles and other types of equipment. The extract must have a valid status; vehicle operation and maintenance manuals; documentation and warranty cards for additional equipment indicating the factory (serial) numbers and warranty period; vehicle service book; invoices, invoices issued to the Buyer; consignment note in the form of TORG-12 in 2 copies. (one copy for the Buyer and one copy for the Supplier) or a Universal Transfer Document (in case the Supplier provides a Universal Transfer Document, an invoice is not provided); a vehicle acceptance and transfer certificate in 3 copies; a duly executed copy of the vehicle type approval (OTT) to confirm the vehicle's compliance with the requirements of the regulatorylegal acts of the Russian Federation) and signing the Act of acceptance and transfer of the Vehicle by transferring funds by the Buyer to the Supplier's settlement account. |
