| Payment terms: | The price of the goods is paid in the following order:
- 30% – until the delivery of the goods to the Buyer (in advance), – no later than 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties to the contract, provided that the Supplier provides the Buyer with a guarantee of repayment of the advance payment in the amount of the advance payment;
- 50% – after delivery of the goods to the Buyer and the positive results of the entrance inspection at the Buyer's warehouse, within 45 (forty-five) calendar days with the provision of the following documents: invoice, consignment note, invoice, set of permits, duly issued certificate for the goods, other documents listed in the Terms of Reference.
- 20% - within 20 calendar days after the entrance inspection of the accompanying documentation specified in the Contract and the Terms of Reference, as well as the closure of the Inspection and Test Plan checkpoint (Annex No. 11 of the Contract) for the acceptance of the goods. |
