Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made within no more than 45 (Forty–five) calendar days (with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles – no more than 15 calendar days) for small and medium-sized businesses of the Russian Federation (SMEs) - within 7 (Seven) business days from the date of signing the documents confirming the delivery of products.
