| Payment terms: | Payment for the Goods under the Contract will be made upon delivery of the Goods, no later than 50 calendar days, but not earlier than 45 calendar days after providing the Buyer with the documents provided for in the contract and signing the act of acceptance and transfer of the Goods. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
