| Payment terms: | Payment for Products is made within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by both Parties of the electronic UPD of the invoice or the paper carrier of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 on the basis of the Supplier's invoice. The invoice is issued by the Supplier on the date of delivery of the Products and converted into rubles of the Russian Federation at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of the invoice |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
