| Payment terms: | Payment under the Contract is made by the Buyer in respect of each unit of Goods accepted by the Buyer within no more than 7 (seven) working days from the date of acceptance by the Buyer of the corresponding unit of Goods (from the date of signing by the Buyer of the consignment note in the form of TORG-12). |
