| Payment terms: | The Buyer transfers an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the Contract price no later than 10 (ten) banking days from the date of conclusion of the Contract on the basis of the Supplier's invoice. Payment of the remaining part in the amount of 70% of the price is carried out no earlier than 45 (Forty-five), but no later than 50 (fifty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods, which is confirmed by the signing by the Parties of the universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as the UPD), in case it is impossible to exchange electronic documents – the consignment note TORG-12 on paper. |
