| Payment terms: | 7 working days from the date of signing by the Consignee of the positive act of entrance control after receiving the Products of proper quality and in proper completeness.
Settlements under the Contract are carried out by transferring funds from the Buyer's settlement account to the Supplier's settlement account. Upon receipt by the Parties of the written consent of both Parties - using other forms of settlements that do not contradict the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including using the letter of credit form of settlements and/or factoring form of settlements. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
