Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under the Contract will be made in the following order:
The buyer pays the supplier an advance of 50 (fifty)* percent of the total price of the contract, within 50 (Fifty) days after the Supplier receives notification of the commencement of performance of obligations under the Contract, provided that the supplier provides security for the return of the advance payment in accordance with the terms of the contract, the original invoice for the payment of the advance. The offset of the advance paid is carried out upon delivery of the Equipment.
*The supplier may refuse to receive an advance payment, or agree with the buyer on a reduction in the amount of the advance payment before the conclusion of the contract, in agreement with the Customer and based on the results of Price monitoring requests.
50% of the contract price – within 50 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties the act of acceptance and transfer of goods in the form of Annex No. 6 to the contract, subject to the provision to the Buyer of the documents provided for in clause 6.4 of the Contract and the signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of works and services (in the form of Annex No. 5 to the contract).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
