☐ The Buyer undertakes to pay an advance payment in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the Goods, no later than 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties to this Agreement.
The final settlement in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) is made by the Buyer on the terms of deferred payment within 7 (seven) business days from the date of transfer of ownership of the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with clause 4.5. of the Agreement, in the absence of comments on the quantity and quality of the delivered Goods. Deferred payment is not a commercial loan.
