Payment terms:Option 1: payment of 100% (one hundred percent) of the value of the goods is made by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice for payment and signed shipping documents.
Payment for installation and commissioning works is carried out by the Buyer within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works, based on the invoice for payment.
Payment for consulting (instructing) the Buyer's personnel to work on the equipment is carried out by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, based on the invoice for payment.
Option 2: advance payment of the cost of the goods in the amount of 30% (thirty percent) is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receipt of the invoice for payment; the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract by the Parties and receipt of the invoice for payment; the remaining payment in the amount of 70% (seventy percent) of the cost of the goods is paid by the Buyer within 10 (ten) business days days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse, based on the invoice for payment and signed shipping documents.

Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
