Payment terms:— payment terms (the supplier has the right to refuse to receive the advance):
30% — advance payment shall be paid by the Buyer no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of conclusion of the Agreement. Subject to receipt of payment invoice and receipt of security on return of the advance.
70% — final calculation not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Act of acceptance and transfer of Goods, commodity consignment note and the provision of original original documents
* if the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the final calculation shall be made within 15 (fifteen) working days.
The supplier has the right to refuse to receive the advance
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
