Payment terms:- The buyer, according to the act of acceptance and transfer, accepts the Goods in terms of quality and technical characteristics within 3 working days from the date of receipt.

Within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations under the agreement, subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established norms (not SME).
Within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fulfillment by the counterparty of obligations under the agreement, subject to receipt of payment documents issued in compliance with the established standards (for SMEs).
Acceptance according to clause 4.1. of the Terms of Reference.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
