| Payment terms: | Payment for the batch of Goods delivered by the Supplier and accepted by the Buyer is made based on the cost of the corresponding batch of Goods, within 7 (seven) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the consignment note and receipt of the invoice for payment, invoice from the Supplier (subject to compliance with the registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Contract), by money transfer to the Supplier's current account. Advance payment is not provided. |
