| Payment terms: | No earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (Seventy-five) calendar days following the date the Buyer signed the Merchandise Invoice, subject to the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices (in case the Supplier is not an RB Organization), goods and shipping invoice, Buyer pays the Supplier for the cost of the Buyer delivered and accepted Goods.
A supplier who is an RB Organization shall not earlier than the day of shipment of the Goods and no later than the 10th of the month following the month that accounts for the day of shipment of the Goods, in accordance with the prescribed procedure send an electronic invoice to the Portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Fees of the Republic of Belarus.
Only for Russian Resident Suppliers: If the Supplier refers to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in accordance with the Russian Government Decree No. 1352 dated December 11, 2014" Paragraph 3.8.1 of the Treaty should be read as follows on the peculiarities of participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in the procurement of goods, works, services, services by individual types of legal entities".
