| Payment terms: | Within 45 (Forty-five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the Consignment Note, subject to the provision of the originals of the following documents: invoices, invoices (if the Supplier is not an Organization of the Republic of Belarus), the Consignment note, the Buyer pays the Supplier the cost of the Goods delivered and accepted by the Buyer.
The Supplier, which is an Organization of the Republic of Belarus, is obliged not earlier than the day of shipment of the Goods and not later than the 10th day of the month following the month on which the day of shipment of the Goods falls, in accordance with the established procedure, to send an electronic invoice to the Portal of the Ministry of Taxes and Duties of the Republic of Belarus. |
