| Payment terms: | Payment for products is made to the Supplier upon delivery on the basis of an invoice within no more than 45 calendar days (with the contract price up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive) - within no more than 15 calendar days) (when concluding an agreement with an SME – within no more than 7 working days) from the date of signing The Consignee of documents confirming the fulfillment of obligations by the Supplier and being the basis for the payment of obligations performed by the Supplier and accepted by the Buyer under the contract (waybills (TORG-12) or universal transfer documents (UPD)), subject to the delivery of Products of proper quality and in proper completeness (confirmed by a positive Act of input control), and the submission of documents by the Supplier, named in clause 3.5 of the Agreement (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Agreement) |
