- an advance payment in the amount of 50% of the Contract price specified in clause 5.1 of the Contract is paid by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days after the conclusion of the Contract and after the Contractor fulfills the requirements of Section 12 of the Contract.
- the final payment for each of the stages of the Calendar Plan is paid by the Customer within 45 (forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer for the corresponding stage of the Calendar Plan on the basis of the invoice and invoices issued by the Contractor.

Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
