| Payment terms: | Upon delivery of Products of proper quality, delivery of Products to the Buyer, on the basis of a signed invoice in the form of a COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12, as well as an invoice and invoice issued by the Supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the invoice in the form of a COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12. |
