| Payment terms: | Payment for the consignment of the Goods supplied under the Agreement shall be made by the Buyer no earlier than 45 (forty five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy five) calendar days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the acceptance certificate of the Goods, provided that the Supplier properly fulfills its contractual obligations, including number in terms of delivery time, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods and subject to the provision of originals of primary documents:
- invoices (invoice);
- acceptance certificate of the Goods, signed by both Parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passports), or other documents confirming the compliance of the supplied Goods with the requirements specified in Appendices No. 1, No. 2 to this Agreement in Russian and English)
- consignment note for international cargo transportation (CMR) (or other document confirming the fact of delivery).
If the Supplier belongs to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 11, 2014 No. 1352 "On the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by certain types of legal entities", then p.4.1. to state in the editorial office:
Within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signing by the Buyer of the acceptance certificate of the Goods, subject to the Supplier's proper fulfillment of its contractual obligations, including the delivery time, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods and subject to the provision of the originals of the primary documents:
