| Payment terms: | Payment by delivery within 45 (forty-five) * calendar days after the following documents are provided to the Buyer: CA certification documents (original or duly certified copies, safety certificates, fire safety certificates, certificates (or declarations) of conformity, etc.); technical passport in Russian and user instruction (guide to operation) of the TC in Russian; warranty card or similar documents issued, indicating the factory (serial) number of the CU and warranty period; invoice, invoice, invoiced to the Buyer; (if the Provider uses a simplified tax system, no invoice shall be provided); the invoice in 2 exs. (one copy for Buyer and one copy for Supplier) or Universal Payment Document (if the Vendor provides a Universal Payment Document, the invoice does not provided) and signing the CU Receiving-Transfer Act by transferring the cash to the Supplier's Account by the Buyer.
* When contracting with small and medium-sized enterprises based on procurement results, the settlement period is not more than 15 working days (according to the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1205 &# dated 18.09.2019 171; Amendments to the regulation on the specifics of participation of small and medium-sized businesses in the procurement of goods, works, services by individual types of legal entities, and annual volume of such purchases and the calculation of the indicated amount) from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming the Supplier's fulfilment of the obligations under this Agreement. |
