| Payment terms: | not earlier than 45 (forty-five) calendar days and no later than 75 (seventy-five) calendar days following the date of signature by the Buyer, subject to proper performance by the Supplier of its contractual obligations, including the time of delivery, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods and subject to the provision of original original documents:

- the act of delivery and acceptance of the Goods signed by both Parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passports) or other documents confirming compliance of the supplied Goods with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1, №2 to this Agreement in Russian and English)
- consignment note for international cargo transportation (CMR) (or other document confirming the fact of delivery).
If the Supplier refers to small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), within 15 (Fifteen) working days following the date of signature by the Buyer subject to proper execution The supplier of its contractual obligations, including the time of delivery, quantity, completeness and quality of the Goods and subject to the provision of original original documents:
- invoices (invoice);
- the act of delivery and acceptance of the Goods signed by both Parties in 2 copies;
- certificates (passports) or other documents confirming compliance of the supplied Goods with the requirements specified in Appendix No. 1, №2 to this Agreement in Russian and English)
