| Payment terms: | 100% payment within 45 calendar days from the date of commissioning of the equipment (NDT, instruction, final tests) (fixed by the Act of final acceptance of the equipment). If the Contract price is determined in a foreign currency, payment is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership.
Payment terms – 100% payment within 15 working days from the date of commissioning of the equipment (NDT, briefing, final testing) (fixed by the Act of final acceptance of the equipment). If the Contract price is determined in a foreign currency, payment is made in rubles at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of transfer of ownership (for SME Suppliers)*.
