Bids submission deadline

100% of the price of the delivered Goods is paid within 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods in full of each batch according to clause V.3, acceptance of the Goods in full of the corresponding batch by the Buyer, signing by the Parties of the consignment note in the form of COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 or UPD and the provision of an invoice and invoice or UPD in respect of all the Goods of the corresponding batch
