| Payment terms: | 30% within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of signing the contract and receiving the security for the refund of the advance, 60% within 10 (ten) banking days after the delivery of the equipment to the Customer and installation supervision, 10% within 10 (ten) banking days from the date of the final acceptance procedure on the Customer's territory, as well as commissioning, acceptance tests on the serial products of the Customer, with the signing of the act of commissioning of equipment and the act of completed installation supervision and commissioning. |
