The Buyer ("Sublicensee"), on the basis of the invoice, undertakes to make payment within 15 (fifteen) working days after documentary confirmation of delivery by the Supplier ("Sublicensee") and acceptance by the Buyer ("Sublicensee") of the delivered products.
Partial shipment of products is possible and its payment upon signing of shipping documents (TORG - 12) according to the invoice. |
