Granting non-exclusive rights to use the nanoCAD software
Purchasing items:
1.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Mech configuration), network license (server side) under Linux. Licenses are valid for an indefinite period (1 pcs)
2.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Mech configuration) under Linux, update subscription* for 1 year, NEW. The validity period of licenses is 12 months (2 pcs)
3.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Mech configuration), network license (additional space) under Linux. Licenses are valid for an indefinite period (1 pcs)
4.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Build configuration), network license (server side) under Linux. Licenses are valid for an indefinite period (1 pcs)
5.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Build configuration) for Linux, update subscription* for 1 year, NEW. The validity period of licenses is 12 months (3 pcs)
6.
The right to use the computer program "nanoCAD 26 Platform" (Standard Build configuration), network license (additional space) under Linux. Licenses are valid for an indefinite period (2 pcs)
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of remuneration is carried out within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (for small and medium–sized businesses – within 7 (Seven) business days) from the date of transfer of Licenses, which is confirmed by the signing by the Parties of an electronic document (hereinafter referred to as "ED"), namely a universal transfer document (hereinafter referred to as "UPD"), compiled in electronic form according to the formats approved by the current orders of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
