| Payment terms: | Payment of the cost of Non-Exclusive Rights, Certificates is made by the Buyer no earlier than 15 (fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Act of Acceptance and transfer of non-exclusive rights and the Consignment Note in accordance with the invoice attached to the Contract. |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
