Granting the right to use and subscription service of the Kontur-External system
Purchasing items:
1.
The right to use the computer program "Contour.External" in the "Corporate Client" mode according to the "Corporate" tariff plan for 2 years, up to 10 divisions, using the CryptoPro CSP extension integrated into the certificate (includes the cost of one main and two additional jobs) (1 pcs)
2.
The right to use the computer program "Contour.External", a license for an additional "Standard" user to the tariff plan for 2 years, using the CryptoPro CSP integrated into the certificate/key container (11 pcs)
3.
Computer program maintenance services "Contour.External" (technical support in the form of subscription service) in the "Corporate client" mode according to the "Corporate" tariff plan for up to 10 divisions for 2 years (1 pcs)

Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment of the license fee and services for opening access to the subscription service is made by the Licensee in full from the date of signing by both Parties of the Act of Acceptance and Transfer of the Right and the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the services provided on the basis of the original invoice/invoice in the following terms: - within 30 calendar days (for organizations that are SMEs); - within 45 calendar days (for organizations that are not SME entities).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
