| Payment terms: | Payment of Licenses is made by the Licensee in the form of periodic payments in accordance with the procedure established by the schedule of payment of license fees on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensor to the Licensee:
no later than 12/25/2022 in the amount of no more than 2% of the cost of Licensees;
no later than 12/25/2023 in the amount of no more than 25% of the cost of Licenses;
no later than 12/25/2024 in the amount of no more than 25% of the cost of Licenses;
no later than 12/25/2025 in the amount of no more than 25% of the cost of Licenses;
no later than 12/25/2026 in the amount of no more than 23% of the cost of Licenses.
The date of fulfillment of payment obligations is the date of crediting funds to the Licensor's current account, listed by the Licensee. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
