| Payment terms: | Remuneration is paid by the Sublicensee in full on the basis of the invoice issued by the Licensee, no later than 60 (sixty), but not earlier than 45 (forty-five) (for a Licensee who belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, applicable: within 30 (thirty)) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of rights.
