Delivery of the equivalent (equivalent) Software is not allowed due to the need to ensure the use of the purchased software in interaction with the software product in operation from the Sublicensee (subparagraph "a" paragraph 5, Article 5.2.1 of the EEA).
The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal, please specify at least 20-25 banking days.
Additionally, monitoring Bidders are advised to fill out and attach a price offer table (the form is located on the "Monitoring Documentation" tab).
Carrying out this information collection procedure is not an offer and does not entail any obligations for AAEM LLC.
Counter-proposals on the draft agreement, including the payment procedure, are not allowed. |
