License to use the computer program "Program: "Smeta.ru "version 12", which includes releases released within 12 months for one workplace for legal entities (license validity period:12 months, starting from March 29, 2027.) (1 pcs)

License to use the computer program "Program: "Smeta.ru "version 12", which includes releases issued within 12 months per workplace for legal entities (license validity period: 12 months, starting from December 27, 2026) (1 pcs)

License to use the database "UNIFORM ESTIMATED STANDARDS (UST)", which includes changes to the FSNB-2022 database issued within one year (4 issues) for each workplace (license validity period: 12 months, starting from December 29, 2026) (1 pcs)

Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made within 15 (Fifteen) calendar days (if the contractor is a small and medium–sized business entity - within 7 (Seven) business days), based on the invoice issued by the Contractor and the signed document confirming the fact of the provision of services

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
