| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 (fifteen) calendar days by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. If the Contractor belongs to small and medium-sized businesses, the term of payment for services rendered should be 7 (seven) working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of services rendered by the Contractor, and the provision of documents by the Contractor, (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the contract) |

| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
