| Payment terms: | advance payment on this topic is not provided;
- payment for the provision of services is made by the customer upon
their execution on the basis of the act of acceptance of completed works signed by the customer and the contractor's invoice within:
a) 15 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fact of work (stage of work), for contracts with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive);
b) 7 working days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fact of work (stage of work), for contracts with SMEs;
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing of documents confirming the fact of work (stage of work) by the contractor,
and the provision by the contractor of documents provided for in the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles with VAT. |
