| Payment terms: | The permanent part of the rent is paid by the Tenant on a monthly basis until the 10th (tenth) day of each month following the reporting month by transferring funds to the Lessor's current account.
The variable part of the rent equal to the amount of payments for the use of utilities in the Premises must be confirmed by the Landlord with the primary documents of the supplier/contractor of the relevant utilities.
The variable part of the rent is paid by the Lessee on a monthly basis until the 10th (tenth) day of each month following the reporting month, but not earlier than 5 (five) business days from the date the Lessor submits the invoice for payment and primary documents.
The contract can be concluded with the condition of payment in both Uzbek soums and Russian rubles.
