| Payment terms: | Not later than the 5th (fifth) day of the month following the calculated one. The Contractor provides the Customer with an act of services rendered and an invoice for a subscription fee at the tariffs in force at the time of invoicing. The customer makes payment for the services rendered on a monthly basis, no later than the 30th (thirtieth) day of the month following the settlement, by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor. The date on which the Customer fulfills its payment obligations is the date the funds are debited from the Customer's current account. |
