Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer makes an advance payment in the amount of 30% of the equipment price within 30 calendar days from the moment the Supplier receives the notification of the opening of financing limits in accordance with clause Z.1 of the Agreement, subject to the provision of security for the return of the advance and invoicing for payment. 70% of the cost of the equipment within 45 calendar days (7 working days for SMEs) from the date of receipt from the Supplier of payment documents and documents confirming the proper fulfillment by the Supplier of obligations to deliver the Goods (subject to compliance with the requirements for their registration).
- 100% payment within 15 calendar days from the date of commissioning and briefing of personnel (fixed by the Act of final acceptance of equipment) with the execution of the Act of completed work and invoice).

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.
Bid documentation provision procedure:
Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
