| Payment terms: | Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer by wire transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account in rubles:
The Customer pays for the Goods actually delivered and accepted within 60 (Sixty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods at the Customer's warehouse;
The Customer pays for the work performed within 60 (Sixty) calendar days, but not earlier than 45 (Forty-five) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant Act of acceptance of the results of the work performed.
An option for small and medium-sized businesses:
The Customer pays for the Goods actually delivered and accepted within no later than 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods at the Customer's warehouse;
The Customer pays for the results of the work performed by the Contractor within no later than 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the relevant Act of acceptance of the results of the work performed. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
