Payment terms:. Payment of the total cost of the Agreement is made by the Sublicensee in full on the basis of the invoice and invoice issued by the Licensee, no later than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance and transfer of rights and the consignment note (form TORG-12).
