| Payment terms: | The customer pays monthly in the following order:
- for the first month of rendering services, an advance of 30% is transferred by the Customer to the
Contractor's settlement account within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from
the date of signing by both parties of this agreement,
duly executed, as well as receipt by the Customer of the original signed
by both parties of this agreement;
- for the second and third months of the provision of services, an advance of 30% is transferred
By the Customer to the Contractor's settlement account within no more than 15 (fifteen)
calendar days of the current reporting period;
- payment for the services actually rendered in the amount of 70% is transferred by the Customer to the
Contractor's settlement account within no more than 15 (fifteen) calendar days
after the end of the reporting month, taking into account the receipt by the Customer of the documents
provided for in section 4.3. of the Terms of Reference. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document. |
| Bid documentation provision procedure: | Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids. |
