| Payment terms: | Terms of payment: advance payment in the amount of 50% of the equipment price within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the Contract;
payment in the amount of 40% of the price of the equipment within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the equipment;
within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Equipment commissioning act, 10% of the equipment price (the remaining part of the Equipment cost); 50% of the work price (partial payment of the cost of the Work performed);
The remaining payment in the amount of 50% of the work price (the remaining part of the Work cost) is payable by the buyer to the supplier within 30 calendar days after 6 (six) months from the date of signing by the buyer and the manufacturer of the equipment commissioning certificate.
Payment is made by transferring non-cash funds to the supplier's current account. Settlements are made in Chinese Yuan (CNY), and can also be made in US Dollars (USD), Russian rubles (RUR) or any other currency agreed in writing by the parties, at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the date of payment |
