Payment for the rendered services is made by the customer upon their execution on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the rendered services signed by the customer and the contractor's invoice within:
- 15 calendar days - for contracts with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive);
- 7 working days - for contracts with SMEs;
- 30 calendar days - for contracts specified in section 1 of Appendix 18 to the EEA with a single supplier - an organization of the nuclear industry;
- 45 calendar days - for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles, including VAT, from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents provided for in the contract.
