Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Contract price currency and payment currency: Russian rubles. The price of the works is firm and provides for all obligations of the Contractor under the Contract and everything necessary to perform and complete the work and eliminate any comments.
The Customer transfers to the Contractor an advance payment of 15% (fifteen percent) of the Contract Price. The advance payment is offset until it is fully repaid in the amount of 15% (fifteen percent) of the actual cost of the Work performed when signing the Act of Delivery and acceptance of the work. Payment for the Work is made to the Contractor by paying 85% of the cost of the Work performed and accepted by the Customer upon completion of the Contractor's performance of the corresponding stage of Work, taking into account the corresponding amount of Advance payment in the amount of 15% of the cost of the corresponding stage.

This call for bids is carried out in e-form in Rosatom section of RTS-tender e-marketplace (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru). Bidders' proposals are to be submitted in the form of an e-document.

Bid documentation is provided free of charge in the form of an e-document in Rosatom section of RTS-tender (www.rosatom.rts-tender.ru), starting from the date of announcing a call for bids.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
