| Payment terms: | After the parties have signed the acceptance certificate for the Services provided (without comments), the contractor issues an invoice to the Customer, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, and an invoice for payment. The Customer is obliged to pay for the Services provided by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor, within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the original invoice and invoice for payment. |
