| Payment terms: | The Customer makes payment to the Contractor by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor within 30 (Thirty) calendar days, but not earlier than 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Certificate of Services Rendering, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, provided that the Contractor provides the Customer until the last day of the billing month of a complete set of documents confirming the fulfillment by the Contractor of obligations under the contract (act on the provision of services under the contract). |

| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
