c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. In case of inclusion in the TCH of production services performed by third-party organizations, it is necessary to send decryptions of the volumes of services of the co-contractor, as well as in the presence of other expenses, it is necessary to indicate the justification for the cost of material costs for each position and provide copies of documents confirming the cost of material costs. |
